Terms of Service

Rumpelstiltskin AI provides AI-assisted image and media generation tools, including prompt input, optional reference uploads, account functionality, billing, and generation history.

We may rely on third-party infrastructure, model providers, payment processors, and storage providers to deliver parts of the service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Everything you upload or generate must follow this policy. It applies to prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs.

You may not upload, request, or generate:

• Pornography or sexually explicit (NSFW) content, including nudity.
• Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, or content that promotes violence.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits.
• Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Deepfakes or impersonation: content that depicts a real person without their consent, or that is used to deceive, defame, or pass off as genuine footage.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, including copyrighted characters and brands you do not have rights to.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Outputs are AI-generated and must not be presented as real footage of real events.

You also may not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate privacy or publicity rights.
• Harass, defraud, or intentionally harm others.
• Circumvent system limits, probe security, or disrupt platform operations.

• Uploaded images and generated outputs are screened by the automated safety filters of our AI model providers before a result is delivered. Requests flagged by these filters are blocked and the credits are returned.
• We keep records of generation requests and their outcomes, and we review reported content manually.
• We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate this policy, whether found through automated screening, manual review, or user reports.

To report content that breaks this policy, email support@rumpelstiltskin-ai.video with the subject "Content report" and include a link or description of the content. We review reports and respond within 3 business days.

Depending on the severity, we may:

• Remove the offending content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
• Forfeit remaining credits on accounts terminated for serious or repeated violations.
• Report illegal content, including CSAM, to the relevant authorities.

• Credits are prepaid usage units that may be consumed by generations and paid features.
• Displayed pricing, billing terms, taxes, and checkout details apply at the time of purchase.
• Purchased credits, plans, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may update pricing, packaging, or plan structure at any time for future purchases.

You retain rights in your prompts and materials to the extent permitted by law and subject to the rights of third-party providers and applicable policies.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and outputs only as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Some generation requests may be routed to third-party model providers. Their systems, limits, safety filters, and terms may affect output quality, availability, and usage.

Rumpelstiltskin AI currently generates content with: MiniMax H3 by MiniMax.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or output behavior caused by those providers.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, credits, and limits at any time.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for every workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, protect the platform, or prevent abuse.
